Triad has extensive experience working with non-profit and private sector development entities, housing authorities, redevelopment agencies, municipal governments, and county governments in a variety of housing rehabilitation, relocation and development programs. The team has worked to gather input from stakeholders, offer practical, effective recommendations, and put together implementation strategies and financing for hundreds of millions of dollars of housing development projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Many times, one of the more difficult impediments to moving a large project forward is the need to relocate businesses or residences that may be in the designated right-of-way or redevelopment area. Triad has decades of experience relocating people and businesses for a range of redevelopment projects, which yields savings in time and project costs while also minimizing hardship for those affected displaces.
The majority of our Workable Relocation Assistance Plans include the preparation of a Community Social Services Plan and Relocation Feasibility Report. In most cases, Triad is responsible for implementation of all aspects of a relocation project, completing all resident outreach, intake, financial processing, case management and file management to ensure compliance, minimize complaints and meet schedules on time and within budget. See what we’ve accomplished for the Abbott School Demonstration School Projects - Jingoli & Sons/New Jersey School Development Authority’s (NJSDA) and other relocation projects.
