Triad has successfully relocated more than 750 businesses and residential tenants/homeowners on behalf of various public and private clients with results that are on time and on budget.

Triad provides relocation and acquisition services for activities funded by the NJ Department of Community Affairs (NJDCA), the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the New Jersey Schools Development Authority (NJSDA), which is constructing Demonstration School Projects under the NJSDA Abbott Schools Demonstration Program.  See more about this Camden Demonstration School - Universal Keating/Camden Redevelopment Authority and Abbott School Demonstration School Projects.

Triad’s services include assessment of community needs, the identification of financial and technical resources to meet those needs and, equally important, program management/case management services associated with the implementation of programs and approved grants, including relocation of families, individuals and businesses.

The firm has a comprehensive understanding of the principles established for relocation of families and businesses with a deep understanding of the Federal Uniform Relocation and Real Properties Acquisition Act, and the NJ State Relocation Assistance Act. Furthermore, Triad’s professional team and support staff have direct experience in the actual implementation of residential and commercial relocations in the New Jersey/Philadelphia Metropolitan area. Triad’s direct experience in relocation related to code enforcement, redevelopment, disaster or a public project, translates into a positive transition to achieve the desired result with sincere and compassionate concern for those impacted by the relocation.  All affected residents receive counseling and referral services, suitable housing options, assistance during the moving process and information on project development plans.

For commercial relocations, Triad develops an inventory of alternative relocation sites responsive to individual business’ needs.  The process minimizes hardships for the business, lessens the potential of legal challenges and accomplishes relocation objectives. Triad Associates maintains a team of 17 professionals who are currently implementing relocation projects, Small Cities Community Development and Entitlement Community Development Block Grants, and HOME Programs in the New Jersey / Philadelphia area through its headquarters located in Vineland, New Jersey.
